Little is currently known about Liquid Randall. It's assumed that he bears some relation to Gassy Randall, though that may just be a coincidence - or stolen valor. He's worked his way into a position offering mission support to Marwing pilots somehow - nepotism? Will report back later.
He has alluded to once possessing arms, but it's still unclear whether this is really true, or if he just had a very vivid dream about it one night.
